Matthew Medlin

My name is Matthew Medlin and I am a real estate agent in Bryan/College Station specializing in residential sales. I was born in Tyler, TX and lived there until I was three years old. My family then decided to make the move to College Station where they would pursue a new venture and build a seasonal Christmas light park called Santa's Wonderland. I started working at the park at a very early age where I spent most of my summers learning how to use power tools, welding, electrical, and many other basic trade skills. Even though these things were important for me to learn, the most important thing that I was taught was the importance of having a strong work ethic and a williingness to learn. In 2018, I was attending Blinn junior college when I met Virginia Kettler-Blackburn. I began doing odd-jobs for her such as dog sitting, cleaning houses, and moving furniture to make extra money to help support myself through school. As I spent more time working for her, I eventaully took a big interest in real estate and decided to get my real estate sales license to work for her as an agent. It can be stressful and overwhelming to sell your home or try and find the right home for you and your family. My goal is to help alleviate this and help my clients through one of the biggest financial decision of their lives. I look forward to working with you!
